suits dropped offI felt like I was in Paris. A cool quiet evening at the shop and a beautiful women peeks her head in.  She has brought the bags of donations as promised.  She is wearing a little pastel beret and has a wonderful French accent.  She has brought the donations as promised.   Beautiful silk blouse and pants that will be perfect for suiting someone for success.

A gentlemen said he would drop them by …. and he did … two fantastic suits. They will be greatly appreciated by someone trying to make a change in their life. A kind thought … who knows how great an impact it will have.

A beautiful floral skirt and black top dropped off … perfect for a interview. A kind thought will change someones future.

Two more incredible men’s suits to add to inventory.

Ranger, the second cutest dog in the world (sorry my little Half Pint is #1) came in to the shop for his dog treats.  He is a happy little visitor that makes me smile.  Today he brought his proud owners that were sweet enough to donate more to the “Suited For Success” program.  The other day they came with two pairs of winter boots, and today it was sweaters and a shirt.  Kind hearts .

What an incredible day. People stopping by and donating their suits for Suited for Success.  The suits Henri is holding in the picture, were dropped off by a couple of young gentlemen, that had said they would bring them by.

Two other gentlemen dropped a bunch off.  Kind hearts.

We received a bunch of calls today from people saying they will be doing suit drives at work. A tie drive is great as well.

People have also been calling and asking what other things we need.  We are working to create a complete outfit for the interview, so business shoes, purses, skirts, pants and ties are greatly appreciated.

Another huge thanks to Bruce Hillary at Hillary Cleaners.  He is dry cleaning the suits, so the Suited for Success experience is that extra bit special.  A beautiful sparkling clean suit with some added pieces.

We completed the count for what was received by Friday (Kindness Week).  We still have people dropping in, and are receiving more items daily.  We are going to ask people to donate ties, purses and belts over the next few weeks.
Hopefully a generous supplier will come through for nylons, dress socks and shoes.
